Chris Frank is the founder of C Frank HR Consulting. He is a seasoned HR executive who has served as an HR business partner for a variety of domestic and international organizations representing a wide range of industries over the last 25 years. He maintains a deep and broad background in compensation, benefits, employee relations, employee and performance engagement, talent management and development, training and organizational effectiveness, and policy development and application. He is well-versed in leading teams and creating opportunities for people to grow both personally and professionally.
Prior to founding C Frank HR Consulting, Chris was VP of Human Resources at LandCare, where he led a variety of HR initiatives. He implemented a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS), improving HR’s overall accessibility, operation, and effectiveness and reducing costs by $250,000. Prior to LandCare, Chris served as VP of Human Resources at Veridiam. Due to his award-winning programs and initiatives, Veridiam was named as an employer of choice by the San Diego Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). He also conducted due diligence and provided human resources leadership for three acquisitions (two domestic and one international), resulting in successful integrations.
Chris earned a BS in Business Marketing from Albright College and an MA in Human Resources Management from National University. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute and completed the Human Resources Leadership Program at the University of California, San Diego.
